To ensure clarity, detailed descriptions and specifications of the services will be included in the project proposal with clients prior to commencing any work. 3. Payment Terms: All services rendered by Since Been Design and Multimedia require payment to be made in advance or as stipulated in project contract. It is important to note that payments are non-refundable for any custom orders or consultations, as well as any services once the has officially begun. This policy ensures that both parties are committed to the project. 4. Intellectual Property Rights: Any and all designs created and finalized by Since Been Design Multimedia retain their intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to issue cease and desist if the works are not used as commissioned. Clients will receive ownership rights only if transfer of ownership has been issued after the copyrights are purchased in full. 5.
